  1. 旅客於報名日起3日內繳付商品費用方保留名額 @if ($info['order']->first()->deposit > 0) (至少需繳付作業金${{ $info['order']->first()->deposit }})，如可歸責於旅客怠於給付費用，本旅行社得逕行解除契約，並依國外旅遊定型化契約規定辦理，如有其他損害並得請求賠償。 @endif
  2. 旅客於成團後提出退費時，依照國外旅遊定型化契約規定辦理：賠償基準為旅遊開始前第41日以前解除契約者，賠償旅遊費用百分之五；旅遊開始前第31日至第40日以內解除契約者，賠償旅遊費用百分之十；旅遊開始前第21日至第30日以內解除契約者，賠償旅遊費用百分之二十；旅遊開始前第2日至第20日以內解除契約者，賠償旅遊費用百分之三十；旅遊開始前1日解除契約者，賠償旅遊費用百分之五十；旅客於旅遊開始日或開始後解除契約或未通知不參加者，賠償旅遊費用百分之一百；前述作為損害賠償計算基準之旅遊費用，應先扣除行政規費後計算之。
